Terms of Service

By placing the order customer is obligated to comply with Terms of Service. 

1 Disposal

 

1.1 The Customer is responsible for every single item of garbage that goes into the Bin. Bins2GO is not responsible for Illegal Neighbourhood Dumping.

 

1.2 Drywall MUST NOT be placed with General MIX Garbage. Any garbage mixed loads containing Drywall or gypsum based products will be billed an extra $500 & returned to the customer.

 

1.3 Absolutely NO hazardous waste of any kind is accepted (including: asbestos, animal remains, radioactive materials, liquids) in the BIN. Fine is Up to $500 & returned to the customer.

 

1.4  All Recyclables including electronics, metal, batteries, paint cans, propane tanks, engine machinery MUST be declared and placed on TOP of the bin for separate and safe disposal. Not declaring the Recyclables and mixing them up with General MIX Garbage will result in a $70 extra charge to the customer.

 

2.Overload

 

2.1 Loading the bin above the “Level Load” mark will incur $75 additional cost. All items crossing the line will be unloaded from the Bin to provide safe delivery to the landfill. Bins2go will not be responsible for any damage or debris left over after pick up. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you still have a few extra items, place them on the side of the bin (Not In front of the hook loop). If a Driver can deliver them safely, the driver will load them into the bin.

 

2.2 Loading the 15 Cubic Yard Bin with Heavy Materials such as Soil/Sod/Sand, Concrete, Asphalt, Rocks or Bricks will incur a $150 additional fee. The Bin will be unloaded on the customer's property if the truck crane cannot lift the load. Bins2Go will not be responsible for any damage or debris left after pick up. Heavy materials must be placed in the 5 yard Bin.

 

2.3 Overloading the Bin above 4 Tonnes/ 4000KG will result in an additional charge of $150 to the customer.

 

3.Rental

 

3.1 The Customer MUST inform Bins2GO about the pick up date, otherwise additional Rental fees will be applied (+$25 per Day OR +$85 per Week). Please inform Bins2GO the specific pick up date when placing the order.

 

3.2 Bins will be retrieved in 1 to 3 business days of the customer call.

 

3.3 The length of the rental period is determined when the BIN is ordered depending on its availability.

 

3.4 Not understanding the Terms of Service does not make Bins2Go liable.

4.Parking

 

4.1 The area in front of the Bin MUST remain clear for pick up and drop off. If we are unable to Pick Up Or Drop Off the BIN, a delivery charge of $150 will be applied (20 feet in front of the bin handle, 4 feet behind the bin) and $25 per additional day.

4.2  The customer is responsible for obtaining a street permit. Any fines issued by municipality will be charged to the customer.

4.3 The customer MUST ensure there is a suitable spot to place the BIN so it does not damage your property. We will not be responsible for damage done due to placement or pickup of our bins.

 

5.Bin

 

5.1 Any damage to the bin will be charged to the customer.

 

5.2 We reserve the right to leave the bin on the property until all funds are paid in full. Refusal of payment will lead to the dumpster bin being dumped on the property.

 

5.3 The Bin door MUST be properly closed and locked after the Bin is loaded. If the Garbage items are protruding and the door cannot be closed or locked properly, the bin will not be picked up and an additional $150 charge will be applied.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ask the driver or contact us, we will explain or send you a video guide on how to close and lock the bin door properly.

 

6.Cancellation

 

6.1 Cancellations of orders with Bins2GO can only be done via phone call at 888-885-2467 during regular work hours.

 

6.2 There is a 100% refund if the cancellation request is received 24 hours prior to the delivery date requested.

 

6.3 If the cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the delivery date and time requested, there will be an additional 20% charge to the order.
